The fits
All three are cut to close over something. The difference is how much: a tee, a sweatshirt, or a knit and a shirt.
Regular overshirt
Room for a tee or a knit underneath, without reading as a coat.
Take your usual size
Shop this fitRelaxed overshirt
Dropped shoulder and a boxier body. Layers over a sweatshirt.
Take your usual size
Regular jacket
Cut to close over a knit. The shoulder seam sits on the bone, as on every fit.
Take your usual size
Take the size you wear in shirts. The room for layering is already in the cut; sizing up makes the shoulder drop.
Size
The chart is the garment, laid flat. Not the model, and not you.
Every size chart is measured on the piece itself, laid flat, in centimetres. The model line under the photo tells you what he wears. The chart tells you what the piece measures. Pick a fit, lay a piece you already like flat, measure the same points, and compare.
