    The cloth is all cotton and sanded, so it stays matte and dry to the hand instead of reading as a technical shell.

    Portuguese cloth, technical finish

    A mill in Portugal weaves it and finishes it to repel water. The jacket is made up in Macedonia.

    Repellent, and nothing more

    There is no water column on this cloth. It handles a shower. It does not claim a downpour.
