ONLINE ORDER

You can always return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items will be refunded when returned in original condition including the attached price tags.

Returning your order in one of our stores is always free of charge.

We ask a fee when returning via a local carrier. In the Netherlands and Belgium the fee is €3. In Germany the fee is €5. Return costs for returns from the rest of the world are the responsibility of the consumer.

Exchanges are always free of charge. If you wish to return an item you received in an exchange, you will need to pay a return fee as mentioned above.

Free return and exchange in a No Label store

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged in one of our stores. Please make sure you bring your (digital) order confirmation or receipt with you. Our staff would love to help you further.

Return by local carrier

Items purchased online can be returned via one of our carriers.

Step 1. Place the item(s) and packing list in a secure package.

Step 2. Visit nolabel.returnista.com

Step 3. Fill in your email address and order number.

Step 4. Select the items you want to return or exchange.

Step 5. Select your shipping method, and print the shipping label if needed.

Step 6. Take your package to your preferred drop-off point, or wait for a pickup.

Once your return order has arrived at our warehouse and has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your money will be refunded within 14 working days after we have received your return. Please mind that the return costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

IN STORE PURCHASE
