Shipping information

Please find below the shipping information per carrier. All our delivery times are estimates based on current information from our carriers. Actual delivery times may occasionally differ from these estimates.

Shipping Netherlands
In The Netherlands, you can choose delivery with DHL or with Trunkrs.

DHL
Shipping with DHL will take 1-3 working days. 
The delivery costs are €5,-, but there’s free shipping on orders above €100,-. 
The prices shown on the product pages include VAT but exclude shipping costs. At your checkout, the total costs for your purchase - including shipping - will be displayed. 

Trunkrs
Your order will be delivered the next day in the evening between 17:00 and 22:00.

Orders placed before 10:00 in the morning, will be delivered the same evening between 17:00 - 22:00.

Please note that we’re talking about evening deliveries. So please make sure to use a shipping address where people are at home/work in the evening.

Trunkrs’ delivery costs are €7,-. Shipments from €125,- and more are free of charge.

Shipping other countries
For all countries other than The Netherlands, we work with DHL.

DHL guarantees a delivery time of 2-3 working days. Only orders from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA will have a delivery time of 3-5 working days.

For Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg the delivery costs are €5,-. For other countries, this will be between €10,- and €50,-,  depending on your country. 

In Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg, shipments from €100,- are free of charge. Other countries will receive free shipping on orders between €150,- and €500,-, depending on your shipping country. 

The prices shown on the product pages include VAT but exclude shipping costs. At your checkout, the total costs for your purchase - including shipping - will be displayed. 

Keep in mind that your country (e.g. UK) may require you to pay import duties and/or value-added taxes (VAT), which are always your own responsibility to pay.
