The story
Interlock is two rib knits locked into each other, which is why it looks the same on both faces and why it holds its line where a single jersey would twist. Ours are fabricated in Portugal at 230 gsm on organic cotton. It is a denser knit than jersey, so the surface stays smooth, the edges lie flat instead of rolling, and a relaxed cut keeps its shape rather than hanging off the shoulder. That density has a cost: it takes its time to dry, so give it space on a hanger.
