A sale price we can explain
The Cliff Shirt costs €40 to make. Twenty-one euros of Portuguese linen and cotton, sixteen of labour, two in trims, one in transport. It sells at €109 all season, and €65 now that the season is over.
A comparable camp collar linen shirt averages €169. That gap was never a discount, it was the markup we chose not to take.
Why we go on saleWhy we go on sale
We make a fixed run of each piece and we do not repeat a season. When summer ends, what is left goes down in price until it finds someone. That is the whole mechanism.
No pre-inflated tickets, no rolling promotions, no reason to wait for a better offer next week.
