Cashmere
The story

A 2/26 Nm cashmere knitted at 12 gauge on a single end, fine enough to wear under a jacket and light enough to keep on once the jacket is off. The part worth knowing is the care: this one washes at home, at 20°C on a wool cycle, in a bag, dried flat. Washing is also what softens cashmere over time. It will pill where it rubs, at the collar and under the arms, and a fabric comb takes that off in a minute.

Why choose it

For the one knit you want to wear constantly, without a dry cleaning bill attached to it.

01

Washable cashmere

20°C, wool cycle, wash bag, dried flat. That is the whole routine.

02

Fine single end

12 gauge on one end, so it layers under a jacket instead of filling it.

03

Pilling is not damage

Where the fibre rubs it lifts, and a comb puts it back. That is cashmere behaving normally.
